Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Adam Cohen moved to Illinois in 2004 after completing his medical training in Michigan. With several practice locations throughout Chicagoland, Adam specializes in eyelid and facial plastic surgery. Recently relocating from Chicago, Adam looks forward to contributing to and serving Lake Forest.
