After living in Lake Forest for 30 years, Charlie now has the time and would like to give back to our beautiful town. Charlie graduated from Southern Illinois University. His wide array of professional experience include Carbondale City Planner, City Planner and Manager of University Park, Planning Director, City Manager, and Village Manager. He was instrumental in developing New Community Programs. Charlie currently works for Print Solutions Specials and Dreamworks Graphic Communications. Now, Charlie would like to give back to the City of Lake Forest by serving on the Caucus.
