Diana Requa

Diana has lived in Lake Forest with her husband and children since 2021. She is actively involved in the community and values opportunities to contribute locally. Prior to moving to Lake Forest, Diana volunteered with St. Jude and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she served as a Young Professionals Ambassador supporting fundraising and outreach. While living in Boston, she also volunteered with the Cambridge Science Carnival and the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program. Since moving to the area, she has volunteered with Bernie’s Book Bank in Lake Bluff. She is a member of the Alliance Française de Chicago.
Diana is a technology and business leader who most recently served in a leadership role at AbbVie. She previously held leadership roles at Coyote (a UPS company), where she led teams across artificial intelligence, analytics, and business transformation, and has also worked at PriceStats (MIT Startup acquired by StateStreet) and Pfizer. She began programming at age seven and has built a career leading global teams and driving innovation across complex organizations.
Diana is focused on the responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence, ensuring that advanced technologies are deployed with strong governance, transparency, and alignment to both business objectives and broader societal impact.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with minors in Mathematics and Political Science, from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire, and an MBA from Northwestern University. She has also completed international coursework at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, and Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
She enjoys the arts, classical music, spending time outdoors with her family, and hosting friends and family.
