Regina and her husband, William, have been living in Lake Forest for the past 25 years where they raised their daughter, Victoria. Regina is currently the Owner/Director of Regina P. Etherton & Associates, LLC., a boutique Chicago based law firm that specializes in prosecuting catastrophic Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases. Regina has been the Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral Service since 2015, on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s Women’s Caucus Board of Managers for years, and on several other Boards. Regina has been practicing law for over four decades and has achieved many noteworthy settlements and verdicts.

Regina received her J.D. from Loyola University Law School, Chicago, and her undergraduate B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, where she graduated with honors (Cum Laude) with an additional teaching certificate. Through the years, Regina has been an active participant in the schools that her daughter attended and is active in the community. Regina has been on the Lake Forest Caucus since 2021 and has served as Vice President, Chair of Ward 4, and as a Caucus committee member. She has served on numerous Caucus subcommittees and has lead a variety of searches for candidates throughout the years. Regina is excited about being able to continue to give back to the Lake Forest Community that has been a wonderful place for her family to live.
