Susan proudly calls Lake Forest home, where she’s a devoted wife and mother to three. As a professional educator, she’s been instrumental in expanding access to early childhood education and shaping policies that enhance its quality nationwide. She has amassed over 20 years in public service, influencing community services focused on family well-being. In her free time, she mentors single young mothers and has served on the HP Mayoral Advisory Board, Boys Hope/Girls Hope in Evanston, and for several years, was the Board VP of the Winnetka Youth Organization.
