Jay and his wife, Chrissie, called Chicago’s South Loop home for approximately 15 years before moving to Lake Forest in 2021. They have three children: a fifth grader at Deer Path Middle School, a first grader at Sheridan Elementary, and a younger daughter. Jay studied economics at Northwestern University.

Jay has worked in finance for more than a decade and serves as a Managing Director, leading trading businesses within Institutional Sales and Trading. His work combines financial markets, strategic planning, and the development of technology that helps teams collaborate and make better decisions. He has also mentored Northwestern economics students, helping them navigate the transition from college to careers in the fast-paced, competitive world of institutional finance.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys skiing with his children and volunteers on his older daughter’s ski trips through the Snowflake Club. He also enjoys coaching youth baseball, most recently coaching his son’s team through the Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Department earlier this summer. Through coaching and volunteering, he values opportunities to help children build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun.
