John Noble is in his eighth year on the District 115 (Lake Forest High School) Board of Education and his fourth as Board President. During his first term, he chaired the Board's Finance & Operations Committee and served as the district's legislative lead, helping form the tri-district legislative committee with Districts 65 and 67. He has worked directly with local legislators and statewide school advocacy groups to advance the district's shared priorities.

Professionally, John is Chief Operating Officer of PathFinder Health LLC, where he has served on the executive leadership team since 2014 and oversees all sales activities. Earlier, he held enterprise software sales roles at Oracle and Hyperion Solutions, and began his career at The Alcar Group, rising from financial analyst to the executive leadership team. He holds a BS in Marketing, with a minor in Math, from Ball State University.

A 1986 graduate of Lake Forest High School, John captained the tennis team to the school's first IHSA state team championship, then played Division I tennis at Ball State, where he is a two-time Athletics Hall of Fame inductee. He returned to coach LFHS tennis from 1991 to 1995 and today chairs Chicago Platform Tennis Charities, which runs the largest men's platform tennis league in the country. He is also a two-time Tony Award-winning theatre producer. John lives in Lake Forest with his wife, Susan, and their three daughters.
