Mark Pickett has lived in Lake Forest for six years, where he and his wife are raising two children who attend District 67 schools. He currently serves on the District 67 Board of Education, appointed in June 2026.

Professionally, Mark is a marketing and communications professional with nearly two decades of experience helping technology companies explain complex ideas simply and earn their customers' trust.

Before joining the Board, he served on the Superintendent's Advisory Council for Districts 67 and 115, the Lake Forest Caucus Committee, and other community organizations. Mark is running to continue his service, with a focus on clear, open communication that helps families and the broader Lake Forest community feel informed and involved.
