Rosemary has lived in Lake Forest for over 20 years. Both her children attended D65 and D115 schools. She has served as a Member and Chair of both the Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. Rosemary has served on the City’s Central Business District Working Group as well as on the City Manager's Advisory Group for the new Police HQ .

Rosemary holds a Masters from Harvard University in City Planning and an M.B.A from Northwestern University. Rosemary has extensive professional experience in city planning, zoning, and development.
