An Update from Caucus Vice President Regina Etherton

Hello Lake Forest, 

I want to provide an important update on the bylaws review process and emphasize why your participation in the upcoming Spring Meeting on Tuesday, March 18 is critical.

Bylaws Review Progress

• The Executive Committee has met twice, and the full Caucus Committee has met once to discuss the recommendations from the Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee.

• The Caucus Committee is now preparing revised recommendations for bylaws amendments, which will be submitted to the Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee for their review.

• The Caucus Committee has already reached out to the Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee, and they have agreed to meet to discuss the revised recommendations.

Voting YES at the Spring Meeting ensures that the proposed Executive Committee can continue moving forward with this process—working toward a thorough, well-vetted set of bylaws amendments to be voted on by the public. Your vote supports responsible progress and ensures that the work continues.
