2026 Annual Meeting Results

Thank you to everyone who came out to vote! We are excited to share the full results of the Annual Meeting vote on proposed candidates for Mayor, City Council, and D67 & D115 School Boards. Out of 1,126 ballots cast (including individual candidate abstentions), the results are as follows:

City Council

Mayor – Dr. Ara Goshgarian: 975 YES – 128 NO

Ward 1 Alderman – Pete Clemens: 989 YES – 53 NO

Ward 2 Alderman – John Powers: 990 YES – 45 NO

Ward 3 Alderman – Nick Bothfeld: 991 YES – 49 NO

Ward 4 Alderman – Richard Walther: 990 YES – 44 NO

District 67 School Board

Jay Connelly: 1,021 YES – 63 NO

Mark Pickett: 1,002 YES – 69 NO

Kristin Vallaly: 471 YES – 652 NO

Monica Yaun: 880 YES – 202 NO

District 115 School Board

Kirsten Kohlmeyer: 987 YES – 103 NO

Jennifer Neubauer: 430 YES – 696 NO

John Noble: 1,008 YES – 84 NO

For those candidates not receiving a simple majority "yes", we will send a further communication regarding a special meeting for a vote upon these positions.  The Caucus Committee thanks all of the candidates and the community members for participating in this important process.
