Vote Tuesday at the Special Meeting!

This is a reminder that the Lake Forest Caucus Special Meeting will be held this Tuesday, October 20th, at Gorton Community Center.

Residents may vote anytime between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. on the Caucus Committee’s recommended candidates for two School Board seats: Ryan Wiedmann for the District 67 Board and Kent Novit for the District 115 Board. Voting takes only a few minutes.

We encourage you to review their backgrounds here before the vote this upcoming Tuesday.

To be eligible to vote, you must be a registered voter with residency in Lake Forest. Please bring a valid Illinois photo ID showing your Lake Forest address. The Caucus Committee checks IDs against an up-to-date registered voter list, obtained through the Lake County Clerk’s office. If you are registered to vote in another state, you will not be permitted to vote at the Special Meeting.
