Introduction
On December 19, 1996 the Senior Resources Commission was established by the City Council. The purpose of the Commission is to present to the Mayor and City Council recommendations that represent the senior residents of Lake Forest with a focus on preserving their dignity, independence and quality of life.
A total of seven Senior Resources Commission members, five from Lake Forest and two from Lake Bluff are appointed to serve two-year staggered terms.
Time Commitment
- The Board meets every two months, on the second Thursday, at 1:00 pm at Dickinson Hall, 100 East Old Mill Road.
